Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, here's how to make a return:
Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Return security tags must be intact and unaltered. Items with the tag removed or tampered with will not be eligible for return.

Items must be free of stains, odors, or any signs of wear or alteration.

All original packaging must be included when applicable.
How to Return

Contact our customer support at customersupport@1389woodliff.com with "Return" and order number in to subject bar to initiate a return.

We will provide return instructions and a return address.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5–10 business days for it to be processed.
Non-Returnable Items

Sale or discounted items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items purchased with a promotional code may be subject to return restrictions, which will be stated at checkout.
- Pre-orders, all pre orders are final. In rare cases we will allow for a refund.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us.
Refunds

Once your return is approved and processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges

We do offer exchanges. Exchanges must abide by "Eligibility for Return" rules
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
