RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, here's how to make a return:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Return security tags must be intact and unaltered. Items with the tag removed or tampered with will not be eligible for return.

  • Items must be free of stains, odors, or any signs of wear or alteration.

  • All original packaging must be included when applicable.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer support at customersupport@1389woodliff.com with "Return" and order number in to subject bar to initiate a return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. Once we receive your return, please allow 5–10 business days for it to be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Items purchased with a promotional code may be subject to return restrictions, which will be stated at checkout.

  • Pre-orders, all pre orders are final. In rare cases we will allow for a refund.  

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We do offer exchanges. Exchanges must abide by "Eligibility for Return" rules

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
